Higher Education for Persons with Special Needs (H.E.P.S.N.)
The H.E.P.S.N. (Higher Education for Persons with Special Needs) Cell is established to promote inclusive education and ensure equal opportunities for learners with disabilities in higher education institutions. The cell works towards creating an accessible and supportive learning environment by addressing the academic, physical, and psychological needs of differently abled learners.

Our Objectives

  • To identify learners with special needs and provide necessary academic and infrastructural support.
  • To create awareness among faculty, staff, and learners about inclusivity and sensitivity toward persons with disabilities.
  • To facilitate assistive technologies, accessible learning materials, and examination accommodations.
  • To coordinate with government agencies for scholarships, grants, and welfare schemes.
  • To organize workshops, seminars, and training programs on inclusive education.
